I think i'm crazy

It’s all weddings a go-go in my house atm, it’s so funny how family/friends change when there is a wedding around the corner some surprise you at how kind they are and you never thought they would be interested others turn out fucking crazy when you really didn’t except but then sometime I have to admit I knew all along there would be dramas how could there be not.

Anyway we had tastings of our mains for the menu last weekend and it was soo yummy. We are having a choice between Entrecote of Scotch Fillet served with a onion and red wine jus with a potato and herb cake it also has a pastry puff triangle and little beans wrapped in bacon and Baked Emperor Fillet - With a herb spring onion and sweet potato rosti finished with chermula spiced prawns and salsa verde.

MMM so good, and they look divine as well.

I have been pigging out like crazy this week I blame laziness and being stressed about everything, I can’t believe I thought it would be a great idea to plan a wedding, build a house and plan an overseas trip all at the same time the only one thing good about it will be I guess it will be all done, then I will have nothing to plan. MMM well I might be planning something already but we will see on that.

I’m going to set myself a mini goal of losing 5kg before the new year, I can’t loose too much more than that or I’ll be paying $500+ for alterations on my dress.

Joel just informed me we are going bowling tonight YAY! Haven’t been in so long should be good ha ha

THE DRESS

Had my 3rd dress fitting last night. I can really start to imagine what it is going to look like at the end. There is still a lot to do with putting on all the beading, pearls and buttons and all the other finishing touches but I’m really starting to picture it and I can’t stop thinking about it I took pictures, but I’m only going to share the one of the back, because there is still a lot to do at the front yet, all the front was basically unpicked and then pinned again cos I didn’t like the way it was sitting at first it was too a-line now it’s a little more fitting to show off my curves, I want to flaunt them and I don’t want to tarnish your views of it plus I guess it’s a little teaser he he.

Grrr I'm sick again, i can't believe i just can't seem to shake this frickin piece of shit flu thing.

I can't believe it's Thursday already how fast as the week flown by?

Work has been hectic because my boss become ill, something that he was meant to get fixed like 5 years ago and never did, so Wednesday i get a call from him telling me he is on his way to the hospital. So i have been holding down the fort while he is away, although it's not too bad there have been some dramas with wages, i didn't get paid until this afternoon when i normally get paid yesterday, such a pain, no ones fault but still a pain.

Mum went past our little block today and said that the bricks were all there and they had started putting up windows, so exciting it seems like only yesterday the slab went down. So before we know the bricks will be all up hopefully. Going down on the weekend to check it out and take some pics :)

YAY! it's Friday

This day has seemed to go on forever. YAY! It’s nearly over and it’s the weekend.

Tonight I am going out with the boy and heading to a movie, which will be nice I feel like I have been non stop busy this week.

Tomorrow night I’m meant to be heading out to a birthday with a 60’s theme, I am trying to get out of it so I can go out with Arna, Kenz and Phillipa. Hopefully I can get out of it I think I am 95% out of it YAY! Mmm but I have to wear the dress I got for the 60’s party cos I got it especially for this and it was $130, it’s a little bit like a shift dress style I spose. So I hope I look ok to go out with the girls, oh well I’ll be retro lol.

Found out today I’m heading to Albany for work in about 3 weeks, I have never been to Albany so I’m a bit excited about it but nervous too cos I hate those little planes, they quite frankly scare the shit out of me. My sister works in the mines and always has to go on one, so it mustn’t be that bad.

A whole lot of nothing really.

He He i have been told to update, so here i am updating lol.

Weightloss lets not even go there, i'm not loosing but not gaining either(well i am a little but not that much) I just really don't want to talk about really.

Wedding stuff is going great hopefully next apopintment i can take pics and show you the progress of the dress. I have been trying to organise my hen's night orginally i was going to have it at a bar, but i just don't have enough people to do that so now i am doing something at home cocktails and a little burlesque anyone? It will be fun and then after the people that what to go out can. I have already decided on the cocktails of the evening - Peach bellinis and Cosmos just to tempt your taste buds lol. I hoping i can do a few little surprise through out the night too, too make it different - no strippers. Isn't it lovely how i am organising it all on my own, i do have a few other people helping me but most of it myself, i wish i had a BM that would do this for me 1. cos i am lazy and 2. it would be nice ha ha. Oh well i guess i get what i want this way.

Last weekend was so busy and this weekend is shaping up to be the same :( i need to just relax!

I think i may leave early, yup on that note i'm shutting down my computer and heading home

I hate choosing titles, so this was the song that was just on the radio lol

So this week I have started back at curves. I went in thinking oh this will be easy, it's only been 3 months since I was last here. How wrong was I? Very to say the least I was aching all over but went back Tuesday and it wasn't too bad still a bit sore though especially my arms, today i'm hoping it be better. I hoping to get back in the routine of going 5 times a week, this is what I was doing before, I can't even remember why i stop going to curves cos i was getting results, I guess pure laziness, NO i know it was laziness. I hate that I'm the kind of person gets results for a couple of months then gets lazy and goes back to old habits. I'm going to try so hard to make this time different.

I went past our block of land today, and next door to us have already had there slab all layed out I hope we are not far away from getting ours done but I haven't heard anything. If i haven't by the end of the week I'll call to find out what's going on, I'm so impatient lol. I just want our house to be built already.

In other exciting news ALL our flights for the US(our honeymoon) have been booked and payed for WooHOO. I only have a small amount left to pay on the accomadation and then we are all set. We are having a travel registry for our wedding but you have to pay everything first, so basically whatever we get we get to take with us to the US which is a bonus. SO New York, LA and Las Vegas watch out :)
